- You will change your hero image on the layouts page: /admin/structure/layouts
Here is a new shortcut provided in newly installed Backdrop CMS sites
- Select Manage Blocks on the Home Layout and Configure the Welcome block in the Top region.
- Be sure to Save Layout before returning to view home page.
