We are going to create a vendor directory with content types, views, and layouts, all tools that are available in a default Backdrop website.
To help you get started, we have made a list of sample data that you can import with the Feeds module. While you may prefer to add your own content one page at a time, it's good to understand that Feeds is available to you and how to use it. Using Feeds during this tuturial will expose you to how feeds work and help you get a quick start to seeing how Backdrop works. However, using Feeds to import data is not necessary for most projects and is optional for this project.
